We the undersigned petition The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to Save the Thames Riviera Hotel, bar and restaurant. More details
More details from petition creator
In October 2016 the owners of the Thames Riviera Hotel submitted a planning application to turn this historic riverside hotel and public amenity into exclusive flats. This application was postponed twice and then eventually rejected in September 2018. In March 2019 an appeal was logged by the owners which will be heard at the Town Hall on the 1st April 2020.
The Thames Riviera Hotel has been in continuous operation since 1892 and this petition calls on Maidenhead residents to show their support for conserving it as a valued riverside amenity for us all to continue enjoying.
This petition has been rejected because:
- It was outside the remit or powers of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
