We understand that the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council is considering charging for resident permit parking required to park outside their own homes in many parts of Maidenhead, and also to charge for temporary scratch-card vouchers for our visitors. We residents utterly reject this underhand means of taxation brought about in part by the council’s own poor budgeting.
