More details from petition creator

Across the UK, towns are seeing the benefits of increasing number of roads that are dedicated to pedestrians. The benefits include increased footfall to local business, improved air quality and a reduction in traffic accidents. We would like RBWM to allow residents and visitors to experience the benefits of a car free day in central Windsor.
