This petition is being raised to stop the council from using the land at 29 Lincoln Road the old site of Agnes Green Nursery from being changed into a Hindu Community Center. There petition of 2010 for a community center was for a member size of 500 people. They want to be able to bring more members from Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead. They also want to be able to do all types of function from festivals to weddings here. This is not the right location for this size and type of facility in the center of a peaceful residential area. The influx of such a large community into a residential area is out of proportions.
